Aesthetics clinic Β· Al Wasl Road, Dubai

Orskin

A clinic site built around what the patient is worried about, with the whole treatment catalogue bookable behind it.

Visit the site

Orskin is an aesthetics clinic on Al Wasl Road in Dubai with a large and genuinely specialist treatment list. The problem with a list that size is that it stops being a menu and starts being homework. The build set out to fix that, and to put the booking system behind it so the site sells rather than describes.

The homepage. Booking and treatments are the only two things competing for attention, and the tone is deliberately unhurried.

I

A catalogue that is actually navigable

The clinic offers hundreds of individual treatments across facials, injectables, regenerative therapy and laser. Left as a list that is unusable. We structured it by concern and by treatment type, so a visitor arrives with a problem and leaves with a booking rather than a reading task.

II

Booking wired to the real catalogue

Every treatment is a bookable service with its own duration, price and practitioner, loaded into the clinic system rather than maintained twice. Booking on the site is booking in the diary, not a request form that someone re-keys later.

III

Restraint as the brand

Aesthetics marketing tends towards before-and-after grids and urgency. This clinic sells judgement, so the site is quiet, editorial and slow. The positioning line is that it would rather do less and do it well, and the design had to agree with that.

How we thought about it

Concern first, treatment second

Patients do not arrive asking for a specific injectable. They arrive worried about a thing they see in the mirror. Organising around the concern and letting the treatment follow is what turns a catalogue into a consultation.

One source of truth

A treatment list that lives on the website and again in the booking system will drift within a month. Loading the catalogue once, into the system that runs the diary, is what keeps prices and durations honest.

Trust is built by what you leave out

No countdowns, no limited-time offers, no stock imagery of other people. For a clinic putting needles near faces, the restraint is the sales argument.
