What is the difference between brand strategy and branding?
Brand strategy is the thinking: who you are, what you stand for, and how you communicate. Branding is the visual and verbal expression of that strategy. You need the strategy first.
Do we need brand strategy if we already have a logo?
A logo without strategy is just a drawing. If you cannot clearly articulate your positioning, audience, and differentiators, strategy work will transform how your brand performs.
