Ikaroa hires designers, engineers, marketers and strategists to work remotely or from offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Jakarta. The team builds brands, websites, apps, AI systems and campaigns for clients across hospitality, property, healthcare, retail and technology. Does Ikaroa hire remote employees?
Yes. Ikaroa is remote-first. Most roles can be done from anywhere with a reasonable overlap with your team’s working hours, and you are welcome at any of the offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Jakarta.

What does the hiring process look like?
Four steps: you send your work, you have a first conversation with someone from the discipline, you complete a short practical task that looks like the real job, and you meet the team you would work with. The whole process usually takes three to four weeks.
Can I apply if my role is not listed?
Yes. Some of the best people here wrote in before a role existed. Tell us what you do well, show us the work, and we will keep you in mind for the right project.
Do you hire juniors and interns?
Occasionally, when a senior person has the time to mentor properly. If you are early in your career, send your strongest work and tell us what you want to learn.
What kind of clients does Ikaroa work with?
Hospitality groups, property developers, clinics, retailers, ecommerce brands, financial firms and technology start-ups, mostly across the UAE, the United Kingdom, the United States and Indonesia. The work spans brand, websites, apps, AI and marketing.
What tools and technology does the team use?
Figma and Adobe for design. TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Swift, Postgres and Vercel for engineering. Shopify for commerce. GA4, Search Console and the major ad platforms for marketing. We pick tools for the project, not the other way around.
Is there a learning budget?
Yes. Everyone has an annual learning allowance for courses, conferences and books, and time in the working week to use what they learn on real projects.
