Are creators verified?+
Yes. Every claim flows through bio-link verification (six-character code), platform OAuth where supported, and engagement audits that flag suspicious follower behaviour. Creators upload legal name and DOB at claim, with full Stripe Connect KYC before any payout is released.
Can I run gifted-product campaigns?+
Yes. Gifted offers carry zero platform commission — you only pay the cost of the product itself plus a small per-profile fee to unlock contact details and the shipping address. Brands often use gifted as a low-risk pre-flight before a paid burst.
How does escrow work?+
When you award a paid deal, funds are charged to your card and held by Stripe. The creator can see the funds are locked, which is why they accept the contract. Once the content goes live and meets the brief, funds release to the creator automatically. If there is a dispute, we mediate before any release.
What if no open brief fits — can creators still pitch us?+
Yes. The "Express interest" button on every brand profile lets a claimed creator send a free-form pitch even when you have no live brief. You see those pitches in your brand inbox alongside per-brief applications and can accept or archive each one. Accept fires an email to the creator so they know to follow up.
