The brief
Sell a private estate without selling it short
Georgian Mansion is a country house you rent whole, 52 acres of Essex parkland, grand pianos, gilded rooms, a kitchen built for a party and bedrooms for the whole family. The job of the website is to make someone feel the place from their sofa and pick up the phone.
We built it around film and photography first, with copy that has a little fun, so it reads like an invitation to a very good weekend rather than a venue listing.

The film does the selling
A 52-acre estate cannot be understood from a photo grid. We led the site with a cinematic film, so the scale, the light and the quiet land before a single line of copy.

Opulence with a wink
The house is grand, but the brand is not stuffy. The copy carries a sense of humour, unapologetic opulence and a probably-a-butler tone, so it reads as a celebration, not a museum tour.

Built to be booked
Wedding parties, hen weekends, big family celebrations. The site is structured around who is coming and what they are planning, and pushes gently toward an enquiry the whole way down.

Photography given room
The duck-egg dining room, the kitchen, the bedrooms. We gave the photography full-bleed space rather than burying it, because the house is the product.
