The brief
A studio that needed to look the part and run like one
East West Photography shoots some of the most demanding events there are: multi-day Asian weddings, across the UK, East Africa and beyond. The work is luxury. The booking journey behind it used to be inboxes, spreadsheets and chasing.
We gave them a black-and-white website that puts the photography first, and underneath it we put Open Doors to run the actual business. The brand and the back office, one system.

The studio’s own work, weddings, portraits and commercial, across the UK, East Africa and beyond. We did not shoot a frame of it. Our job is everything that happens around it.

Asian weddings
The heart of the studio. Multi-day, multi-event Asian weddings shot as photo and film, with a real-story gallery for every couple.
Portraits
Studio and location portraiture, presented with the same calm, monochrome restraint as the rest of the brand.
Commercial
Brand, product and editorial work, from school portraits to corporate shoots, kept in its own clearly-organised home.
The business runs
on Open Doors
Open Doors is our own platform. We do not just hand over a website, we run the operation on it, so a wedding enquiry and the final invoice live in the same place.
Leads and pipelines
Every enquiry from the site, Instagram or a referral lands in one place, tagged and moved along a pipeline, so nothing slips between a DM and an inbox.
AI chatbot
An AI assistant on the site answers the first questions, qualifies the enquiry and books a call, day or night, then hands a warm lead to the team.
Bookings and calendars
Dates, deposits, contracts and the shoot calendar on the platform. Two photographers, two countries, one schedule that never double-books.
CRM and client records
A profile per couple and per client: the brief, the timeline, the documents, the payments, the gallery. The whole relationship in one record.
Payments and galleries
Invoicing, payment collection and client gallery delivery, wired into the same system that took the booking.
AI systems behind it
Our AI watches the pipeline, drafts replies, flags the leads going cold and surfaces what needs a human, so a two-person studio runs like a bigger one.
