A whole entrepreneur network, built as one platform
We designed and built E2Exchange end to end: the public site, the membership tiers, an online community, a gated members area with deal flow, the events engine, and the mobile app. Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

The brief
A membership that had to work like software
E2E connects entrepreneurs, investors and non-executive directors across 58 countries. The promise is simple, the right introductions, at the right moment. Delivering it is not. A network that size needs a real platform underneath it, or it is just a logo and a mailing list.
We built the whole thing: the front door that recruits members, the community that keeps them, the gated rooms where the actual business happens, and the app that carries it all into the room.
What we built
01
The public platform
The marketing site that does the recruiting: membership, events, the E2E 100, the gallery and the media hub, all built to turn a curious founder into a member.
02
An online community
A members directory and digital groups where the board, the ambassadors and 24,000 members can actually find and talk to each other. The network, made usable.
03
A gated members area
Sign in, register, and a permission layer that opens the right doors for the right tier. The membership is software, not a laminated card.
04
DealSpace and NED Connect
Two members-only engines: a deal-flow space for founders and investors, and NED Connect for booking sessions with seasoned non-executive directors. Real tools, not brochure pages.
05
The events engine
Leadership dinners, ambassador drinks, the E2E 100, gala receptions. A full calendar that members browse, filter by month and category, and book into.
06
The mobile app
The network in a pocket: the community, the events and the member tools, carried into the room where the introductions actually happen.
Membership
Gold, Platinum, Black

The community
The board, the ambassadors, and 24,000 members who can find each other

The events engine
A live calendar, filterable and bookable

Behind the sign-in
The part members actually pay for
Past the public pages sits the real product: a permissioned members area where DealSpace runs founder and investor deal flow, NED Connect books sessions with non-executive directors, and the member directory turns 24,000 names into people you can reach. Access is tier-aware, so the platform itself enforces what each membership is worth.
And it travels. The mobile app puts the community, the events and the tools in a pocket, which is exactly where an entrepreneur network needs to live.

How we approached it
01
A network is only as good as its software
24,000 members across 58 countries is a spreadsheet until you give people a way to find each other. We built the connective tissue: directory, groups, permissions, deal flow, so the membership delivers on the promise that sold it.
02
Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs
That is E2E’s own line, and the build had to honour it. Every flow, from join to book to introduce, is shaped around how founders actually behave: fast, mobile, allergic to friction.
03
Three tiers, one clean ladder
Gold, Platinum, Black. The platform makes the upgrade obvious and the value at each rung concrete, so the membership sells itself from inside the product.
04
One stack, public to private
The same system runs the shop window and the members-only rooms. No bolt-on portal, no second login. A founder moves from reading about E2E to working inside it without ever leaving the platform.
Building a membership or a community platform?
Networks, clubs, associations, marketplaces. We build the whole stack: public site, members area, community and the app.
