Will clients know you're behind our hosting?
No. The dashboard, notification emails, and any client-facing touchpoint carry your branding. Nothing in the client experience references us.
Can different clients be on different tiers?
Yes. Your agency plan is a pool of resources you allocate across client sites however makes sense, a small brochure site and a high-traffic store don't need identical resources.
What if a client wants to leave and take their site elsewhere?
The site and its data are always the client's. We'll provide a full export whenever you or your client needs one, no lock-in games.
What happens if we go over a tier's storage or bandwidth?
Nothing gets switched off. Extra storage is $2 per GB and extra bandwidth is $0.08 per GB, billed only for what you use beyond the tier. We'll flag it before it adds up, so you can move to the next tier if that's the better deal.
Do you offer a partner or referral program beyond hosting?
Yes, ask your account manager about our wider partner terms if you're referring other services alongside hosting.
