Why is the migration free this month?

Because we have done this migration enough times to know how predictable it is, and we are confident enough in Open Doors that we will fund the first move ourselves. We pay our migration team out of pocket so you can decide on the rest of the relationship without sunk-cost pressure.

Will we lose any features?

No. Anything your team actually uses in HubSpot has a one-to-one home in Open Doors. Pipelines, automations, email templates, forms, lists, and ticket queues all rebuild the way you already know them.

How long does the migration take?

Around twenty-eight days from the first call to the day you go live. We have done emergency migrations in under two weeks when a renewal date was looming. Larger setups occasionally run six weeks.
