9928 Hi, I'm Katie! I'm the creator of Cake Decorating for Beginner online course https://xokatierosario.com/online-cake-course/ I believe that being a great baker and cake decorator starts with confidence in the kitchen. I teach fundamental baking and cake decorating techniques that will help my students become more confident so they can make any cake creation. Let's Get Baking! I've been featured in Disney Eats, Netflix Nailed It!, Cake and Lace, Wedding Chicks, California Wedding Day, Food Network's Cake Wars, Halloween Wars and Cupcake Wars. Fun facts: I quit my job as a pastry chef in Beverly Hills to pursue my own business dreams. Usually, you can find me in my happy place: the kitchen. If I’m not there, I’m probably coordinating a wedding, wine tasting or dreaming up my next trip.
