Work in progress, self-development nerd, and recovering lazy girl. I hope to inspire and motivate you to try new things, create better habits, and take care of your body and mind. Here, you'll find lifestyle change experiments, actionable tips for wellness and productivity, and a sympathetic approach to self improvement coming from someone who is still far from perfect, but enthusiastically working on it. I also speak openly about my struggles with mental health, and life as a third culture kid who's all grown up. I'm from Romania, was raised in China, and currently live in Germany. Travel is a big part of my life, when I'm not busy being too anxious to leave the house. It's a paradox, but it's my life. Thanks for being a part of it!
