Several decades ago, when computers and the Internet had not yet burst into our lives, almost every girl / girl started a notebook in which she carefully wrote down the recipes of her friends, relatives and acquaintances that she liked. Today it is not customary to keep such notebooks. Yes, this is not necessary, since it is much easier and more convenient to share your inherited recipes through videos on the youtube channel. Which I am happy and trying to do. I suggest you try to cook delicious dishes according to the recipes that I once collected in my notebook. I would be very glad if you not only use my online notebook with recipes, but also share your impressions. Or maybe you just want to try this or that recipe, but do not have such an opportunity. I will be happy, especially for you, to try it out and shoot a video report :) I really hope that my "Recipes from the notebook" will become your online cookbook.
