Role Overview:
The Real Estate Virtual Tours Operator is a creative and technical role, responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality virtual tours of properties. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in video and photo editing software, and a passion for creating immersive experiences that engage potential buyers and renters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various properties to capture high-quality photographs and videos, ensuring each virtual tour accurately represents the property’s features and ambiance.
- Edit and stitch together images and videos to create seamless virtual tours, incorporating interactive elements such as hotspots, floor plans, and information points.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their needs and highlight key selling points of each property.
- Manage the upload and integration of virtual tours onto our platform and clients’ websites, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in virtual tour creation, continually improving the quality and creativity of our offerings.
