Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving Ikaroa’s growth across all our service areas, utilizing your passion and knowledge to identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and close deals that contribute to our expansive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities across the diverse services offered by Ikaroa, including but not limited to website design, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Ikaroa’s service offerings to effectively tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of potential clients.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business goals and how Ikaroa can assist in achieving them.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities and provide value to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing the comprehensive range of services Ikaroa offers.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure proposed solutions accurately reflect Ikaroa’s capabilities and standards of excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of Ikaroa.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in creative agencies or similar industries.
  • A go-getter attitude, with the drive to seek out new opportunities and the resilience to navigate the challenges of a competitive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
  • A broad understanding of the creative services landscape, including website development, digital marketing, branding, and more.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to match Ikaroa’s services with client needs effectively.
